Our Story
-The story of the Playland Arcade-
George and Gene Gordon opened the Playland Arcade on the Santa Monica Pier in early 1950’s. The two brothers began their arcade legacy with a route of arcade games and kiddie rides that went from Hollywood to the Pacific Ocean, and even included a Hollywood bowling alley.
